Black and White Tuesday

I travelled to Lydney Harbour today, a windswept, rainy, bleak place, tatty boats in luminous basin water; petrol dyed, down on the Severn Estuary opposite Sharpness Nuclear Power station. My photos were bleak, and we need a bit of light in our lives so how about this wonderful cellar? A tanked out well filled with wine which few can afford. One can dream. I dream it’s full of loads of bags of cans, and there is where the dream must end, and I can no longer visit, for fear of disgracing myself… which I already did by virtue of leaving my foot in the photo, but you try taking the shot without falling over. You’ll understand when you get to my age.
