One thing I’m learning is how far behind the British Public view are the politicians and the royal family. If it stinks like shit it probably and invariably is, shit. The lack of backbone of interviewees asked about what to do with a suspected abuser of women is stark. They built a moral castle to climb up to the garret and look out over the masses; we, sometime ago, used to look to our leaders and to a certain extent the royal family as we thought they’d know what to do. This last week and a half has totally demonstrated the lack of willingness to actually stand up for something and say what they mean, or what the right thing to think is. Fear of losing ones seat as a politician is alsways a worry I guess but a correct ethical and moral decision is broadly the right decision; people will realise that. And jumping from hot sand to hot sand, toe to toe without a towel to stand on makes the one with burnt feet look like they don’t know what theyre doing or perish the thought they are unprepared. The government and Royals, a secretive bunch at the best of times are so out of step on this one, damage is done. Rich men can get away with murder, maybe not literally or maybe so, but you understand what i’m trying to say. To hear reports that Prince Andrew might be sent to a secluded castle in some tranquil cranny of Scotland to live out his days is insane. Living in the mansion in Windsor is bad enough but moving to a castle is different how? He’s probably going to have servants, people to clean his toilet and tidy away his porn mags, he’ll be given venison and grouse, fine wine, guns, land rovers, mobile phones, tweed; plenty of tweed (He’ll be a Tweedophile) and Superfast broadband. And who knows what he could get up to hidden away from the rest of the population. He needs to be made an example of; to show that Powerful People, in most cases  mostly men, and Maxwell of course, can and have and will continue to get away with it and not have to atone for their previous actions. Many girls and young women were abused by this sordid cult of shitheads, some are definitely dead, some probably dead and many more are probably living a terribly sad life, their psyche forever tarnished by awful bastards, of which Prince Andrew is allegedly definately one. I’m not sure what the answer is, but come on people in charge, take ownership of this thing, do what is right, because we, the people, the majority of just minded folk will realise that, whether left leaning or right reeling. Its not a political issue, and people who weaponise the politics of this dilemma are so wrong.
