Don’t be fooled!!

Today’s FOTD is the evil that is Himalayan Balsam; the syphilis of the wood, getting into every nook and cranny and spreading like wildfire, whispering death. It is hardy and grows to well over 7 feet tall if left alone, once it flowers the damage is done, the seeds are dropped, the flower pollinated and it spreads like a pale pink vale, suffocating everything below it.

I blame the Victorians because they were the ones who bought it back from the Himalayans, possibly, and because they can’t answer back for themselves and so blaming them is both easy and cowardly!
