Arachnids longed for a modular lifestyle with serviceable drainage systems and shallower baths. He cashed in at the height of his fame earning royalties leg over web, and quickly built himself a luxury bug hotel chain.
He enjoyed considerable wealth until the catastrophic wasp parasitic epidemic of 2003 caused a substantial decline in holiday making insects with disposable income and his hotels chain collapsed; a new trend of boutique bug hotels has superseded the larger hotel which now resemble sorry looking crack houses
