FOTD: Fungal Loophole

It was with some relief that I note Cee posts a phot of an autumn leaf for today’s FOTD I can only assume in this case the “F” stands for Folliage. This is great news for all bloggers and photographers who can not find any wild flowers to take, there exists a legal loophole and I for one am glad. In my case the “F” stands for Fungus, and whilst not a flower in any sense of the word, it does begin with F, thats my argument and i’m sticking to it.

I have no idea what this is, but I reckon it all comes from a common stem, and this is all I have to offer regards the botany of this fascinating subject. Hope you enjoy.
