
Today, 30 seconds rather that 15 seconds. In the shower, in the cold water. Christ does 30 seem longer than 15? Almost double, but the second 15 drags like a false leg behind, wanting to get out of this hidieousness but realising that its for your own good, possibly, but now yet proved. Its cold people, and for that reason i’ll be repeating 30 seconds rather than building up to 45. I’m 50, decent and not mental. 1 minute is probably my target but where will it all end? I’m not absolutely sure what or what I am doing this for? Other than feeling pretty fly after the cold shower, yeah, pretty fly.
